FreeAXP and VMS licences

FreeAXP and VMS licences was created by Delkay
I want to move an existing system running VMS v7.3 on an Alphaserver 4100 to run under FreeAXP on an HP Proliant.

I'm assuming I'll need to buy VMS upgrade licences to get onto a more supported version of VMS, but is there an issue with licences if I'm running on a multicore proliant? Do I need some sort of multi processor licence?

You will not need any license upgrades to make the transition. If this is not a Hobbyist system, you will need to purchase a transfer license from HP. See this link:
