create a disk drive was created by ImUrItguy

Hello, I am running FreeAXP, Avanti emulator on a windows 10 pro 64 bit system with one disk. I can boot standalone from an ISO image file from the CD. However I have no disk drive to install Openvms on. Can someone explain how to configure or create a drive to install the O/S ? Do I need to add another physical drive or can I create a virtual drive on my existing hard drive ?
