I can't start TCPIP server was created by thein

I have license for ucx ip but not TCPIP Do I need tsoftware to run ucx ip network?. The TCPIP network worked fine a few years ago, I took a break from VMS for a few years

UCX and TCPIP are the same thing. Digital originally called their implementation of TCPIP UCX, changing the name to TCPIP later on.
